I am the first on Earth, the second in Heaven. I appear two times in a week you can only see me once in a year. Although I am in the middle of the sea, l am not found in month, but l am in February, June, September, October, November & December. What am I?

Be remembered for something

I met a lady sometime ago who used to sing a particular Daddy Lumba song very consistently and passionately (I'm sure it was her favourite). Many years after meeting with her, there is only one thing that comes to mind wherever I remember her, and it is that song. And anytime, anywhere I hear that song, I remember only one person; that lady. Recently I thought about this and wondered: Does that lady remember me for anything? What is it that brings me to her mind? And is that thing godly?
